Food Ka Pakistan (FKP™) aims to prepare and deliver your order safely and efficiently throughout Pakistan.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after they have been successfully received and confirmed.

Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, public holidays, and other circumstances.

2. Delivery Within Pakistan

We currently offer domestic delivery within Pakistan, subject to courier availability and service coverage.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.

3. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and other required delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

4. Courier Delays

Delivery times provided by FKP™ or our courier partners are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational issues
  • Road closures
  • Unexpected events
  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Remote-area delivery restrictions

FKP™ is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or your package appears significantly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please keep the original packaging and, where possible, provide photographs of the package and product to help us investigate the issue.

6. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, provided an incorrect address, or failed to cooperate with the courier, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.

7. Shipping Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process.

Shipping charges may vary based on destination, package size, weight, courier service, or promotional offers.
